This project signifies a complete overhaul and advancement, integrating innovative features into the latest food ordering kiosk for a restaurant. Aimed at revolutionizing the ordering process for customers in various dining settings, the objective of this project was to redesign the User Interface and elevate the User Experience for the initial deployment of the kiosk software.

ALT Stazione del Gusto is a franchising project born from the collaboration between Accademia Niko Romito and Enilive. Conceived by Niko Romito in 2018, an internationally renowned multi-starred Italian chef, it embodies an innovative culinary philosophy that combines delicious, high-quality food with the concept of street dining.
Through shared values between the two entities, which view innovation as a key resource and are committed to always prioritizing people, ALT aims to broaden its culinary offerings to a wider audience. The project promotes the idea of accessible and democratic high-quality food.
My approach began with learning about the work of the previous designer. In this case, I had the opportunity to interact with a working prototype within the company, which allowed me to learn through hands-on experience.
